COURSE DEFINITION	In this course, the definition of retailing, retailing types, multichannel retailing, retailing market strategy, retailing sites, human resource management, customer relationship management, information systems, retail pricing buying behaviors of consumers, retailing strategies, commodity management, store design, store management and customer services will be covered.
