At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know the concept of time value of money, the difference in nominal and real interest rates, and the valuation of cash flows in different periods. 2) Perform the valuation of stocks 3) Perform the valuation of debt instruments such as bonds and bonds and calculate the duration of a bond. 4) Analyze an investment project by applying investment analysis criteria. 5) Understand paid and free capital increases and can analyze the change in business value as a result of capital increases. 6) Solve capital budgeting problems with risk-adjusted discount rate approach and other methods. 7) Know how to optimize and manage portfolios
