LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn basic communication theories. 2) Think about the effects of narcissistic personality traits on business communication. 3) Evaluate the effects of authoritarian personality on business communication. 4) Interpret the positive effects of authentic personality on business communication. 5) Discuss whether or not the hiring / recruiting process is executed in a meritocratic way.

COURSE DEFINITION	Introduction to the theory of communication. Written and oral communication in a business environment. Emphasis is on writing business letters, business reports, participating in debates and negotiations and giving oral presentations.
