1) Learn basic communication theories.
2) Think about the effects of narcissistic personality traits on business communication.
3) Evaluate the effects of authoritarian personality on business communication.
4) Interpret the positive effects of authentic personality on business communication.
5) Discuss whether or not the hiring / recruiting process is executed in a meritocratic way.
