At the end of this course, the students;
1) Know the basic concepts related to the concept of commercial enterprise.
2) Know the transfer and pledge of a commercial enterprise.
3) Know commercial jurisdiction
4) Know the legal concept of the trade registry and trade name.
5) Know the characteristics of merchant and merchant assistants.
6) Define the concept of a brand.
7) Know the concept and elements of unfair competition.
8) Define the commercial books and current accounts.

| COURSE DEFINITION | This course introduces the legislative environment of business organizations, basic legal terms, and concepts.
