COURSE DEFINITIONDevices which are used in nanotechnology like; plasma coating devices, surface plasmon devices, raman, profilometer, quantum dot-well, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope basic principles and their internal electronic circuits will be covered

1st Week Basic electronic circuits (voltage regulators and power supplies, amplifiers, oscillators, filters, rectifiers, current-voltage converters, constant current circuits, flip-flops and timers, counters, ADC, etc.)
2nd Week Types of plasma devices and their basic circuits
3rd Week Types of plasma devices and their basic circuits
4th Week Basic principle Surface plasmon systems and their circuits
5th Week Basic principle Surface plasmon systems and their circuits
6th Week Raman basic principles and electronics.
7th Week Raman basic principles and electronics.
8th Week Profilometer basic principles and electronics.
9th Week MIDTERM
10th Week Quantum Dot/Well/Spot etc. basic principles and electronics.
