1) Know why organizations exist
2) Know how organizations are structured
3) Know about organizational environment
4) Can explain how organizations change
5) Can identify practical managerial problems at work and come up with solutions to these problems and take charge
6) Can design an organization, develop an organizational strategy, and put them into practice by taking into consideration environmental conditions and organizational constraints
7) Can tell the general public and policy makers when and what kind of organizations are needed and what can be expected of them.
8) Knows how organizations are structured in Turkish work environment and their peculiar differences from other countries

COURSE DEFINITIONİşletmenin temel işlevlerini ele alan bir başlangıç dersidir.
