LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Knows the history and basic problems of Labor Law. 2) Understands the basic concept of Labor Law 3) Lnows the rules of Labor Contract 4) Knows the rights and duties as results of the Labor Contract 5) Knows and can evaluate employees working hours 6) Has kowledge about the measures of occupational health and safety 7) Knows how to end the labor contract and rights and duties of contractors.

COURSE DEFINITION	Topics of this course are the history and basic problems of Labor Law, the basic concepts of Labor Law, the rules of Labor Contract and, the rights and duties as results of the Labor Contract.
