COURSE DEFINITIONIn this course the contemporary human resources management practices are discussed. Human resource planning, work design, recruitment, selection and outplacement, performance evaluation, planning of reward systems, compensation, labour relations and communication practices are analyzed in order to develop effective and healthy organizations.
