At the end of this course, the students; 1) Describe the nature and role of each financial institution in the financial system 2) Explain how different types of financial institutions operate 3) Comply with the rules of regulations relevant to financial institutions 4) Identify the unique management problems faced by most financial institutions and formulate feasible solutions to those problems 5) Generally master the basic techniques adopted by financial institutions for making management decisions
