At the end of this course, the students;
1) are provided with an analysis of the major issues affecting the financial policy of a modern corporation and financial markets.
2) can develop the skills required from a financial manager such as choice of dividend policy, capital structure, the role of venture capital financing, the going-public decision and the impact of agency problems.
