| COURSE DEFINITION | Codes and legal structure that regulates bank and non-bank financial institutions will be covered.Turkish Banking Code (establishnent of banks, legal bodies, constraints, supervision) in this respect will be explored in depth.Also regulations implemented by Banking Regulation and Supervision Institution will also be covered. |
