General Information
The Department was established in 1996. The Department is located at the Baskent University Baglica Campus which occupies a covered area of 275 hectares of land. As of 2017, 4 Professors, 1 Associate Professors, 6 Assistant Professors and 7 Research Assistants are currently working in the Department. When needed, part-time instructors are also employed especially for technical elective courses. The decisions related with the Department are made by the Department Committee which is composed of all academic members of the Department.
Electrical-Electronics Engineering Department is providing 30% English education since 2015-2016 academic year.The courses to be conducted in English in each semester are determined by the Board's decision. Our program has been accredited by MÜDEK from 1 May 2017 to 30 September 2019 and the program has been given the EUR-ACE label for these dates to be valid.
Our Program Educational Objectives:
Graduates of Başkent University Electrical and Electronics Engineering Program;
EA1.Uses and manages the units of R & D, production, maintenance and testing of national and international organizations.
EA2. They have the ability to work in research institutions and universities.
EA3. They are found in commercial breakthroughs under their leadership or partnerships.
