Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
A student who is currently enrolled in a graduate program at Baskent University or another institution may apply for transfer upon submitting all required documents. Other conditions for admission through transfer are listed below:
Applications are evaluated by the Administrative Boards of Institutes by taking into account the recommendation of the departments. Eligibility for exemption from some course requirements of the programs is decided by taking into account the conditions layed out in Article 18 of this document. |
